Betty Healey is your travel guide for the journey of self discovery, creating environments for clients to re-connect to their sense of purpose and reclaim the passion in their life.

Known as the "roadSIGNS lady," Betty believes that many of us take life for granted, unaware of the many synchronous events that cross our path everyday and which occur for a reason. Her life mission is to "stoke the fires or purpose and passion in those whom she serves," awakening her clients to their full potential, while creating a life well lived.

Betty speaks from experience as this has been her path. She left a 25 year career in health care and education to pursue her own dream of cultivating workplaces that are healthier for people. This work has evolved into the roadSIGNS journey, retreats, corporate events, coaching and speaking engagements, events designed to manifest the full potential of individuals, teams and work communities.

Betty holds a Masters Degree in Educational Psychology from McGill University in Montreal. Her additional qualifications include: licensed Strategic Attraction Coach, certified Insights Discovery facilitator, as well as certification in Transitions (William Bridges), Values Centered Leadership (Secretan), MBTI, and Open Space Technology (Owen), to name a few.

Jim Healey is the chief navigator for roadSIGNS. As a person very grounded in the day to day, he co-facilitates many of the roadSIGNS Retreats, opening the space and holding the energy for participants. In partnership with Betty, he has designed and created the Tigh Shee Gardens and Labyrinth at their home in rural eastern Ontario. To visit, click here.

With over thirty years experience in Sales, Marketing, Training and Customer Service in the Pharmaceutical Industry, Jim is a seasoned coach, facilitator and leader.

Jim holds a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Sciences from Cornell University in Ithaca, New York. He is also a licensed Strategic Attraction Coach and certified Insights Discovery facilitator.

Betty and Jim work collaboratively as guides for the roadSIGNS Couples Retreats. Together as a couple for almost 40 years, they have looked for and listened to the many SIGNS they have witnessed together and attribute this to the success of their marriage and relationship.
