Personal strengths are identified through a world class psychometric assessment, the Lumina Spark Portrait. This self-evaluation instrument allows women to name and claim their personal strengths and the unique gifts they bring to leadership.
Building on the research within both the business and psychology communities, women learn that establishing their career and leadership on a foundation of strengths leads to greater self-worth, confidence and authenticity.
